When the demands become unreasonable, sometimes you have to deploy a version of yourself that simply doesn’t care about the noise. A “cloak and dagger” persona.

I am not a team of highly professional experts who have a pre-packaged solution for any given problem at any given moment.

Though, I could always fuck around and find out. 🥰

Last time I checked, I am sitting alone in a cold room, pressured to make choices where the people requesting them have absolutely no clue what the downstream consequences entail.

Speed, quality, or cheap? You can only pick two. But in the end, they want all three, and they want it yesterday.
