Simple fix to get rid of the GUI flickering in Steam on Debian

Fix:
#

  1. Open Steam
  2. Goto Settings
    Steam settings
  3. Select Interface
    Steam settings for interface/GUI
  4. Uncheck Scale text and icons to match monitor settings
    Scale text when resizing
